Time-based seek

Hello,

I have a Panasonic Viera 2010 TV, and its byte range seek is slow and buggy (i.e. unusable in reality, crashes often).

With transcoded files, serviio announces DLNA.ORG_OP=10, and then scrubbing works beautifilly (much faster, and does not crash).

Can I somehow make serviio announce DLNA.ORG_OP=10 on non-transcoded files as well?
Not that this has to be the default, but e.g. configurable via profile.

Then I would not need transcoding at all.
