iTunes and .wma files

Just started to use Serviio connected to Samsung UE40D6500 TV.
I cannot find a direct answer to this question. Should I be able to play my iTunes .wma files stored on my PC on my TV through Serviio? They appear but message says the format cannot be used. Have I not set things up properly? Do I need some kind of transcoder(whatever that is)? Do I keep hunting for a solution or will they not play?

Re: iTunes and .wma files
