LE37C650 problem

Hi guys. Hope you'll be able to help me.
I have a faulty Samsung LE37C650. The problem is that if I'm touching the back panel (where the HDMIs and the other ports are) the audio might stop working, but sometimes it might work just fine for longer periods. Also there is some problem with the internet.
It has warranty. Now my question is how can I convince those service guys that they should repair it, and not just return it saying that it is wotking fine?
Appreciate any help.

Aslo I get this response during the internal diagnosis: http://postimage.org/image/x2510pofb/ - Is it okay?

Re: LE37C650 problem

Have it warranty repaired explaining the problems to the warranty repair center. If you're having it serviced by the Geek Squad at Best Buy, ask them to test it in front of you so you can show them how the audio cuts out and the internet doesn't work. They should write down exactly the problems you have reported to them and repair it accordingly.

Re: LE37C650 problem

Your welcome. That's what I would do. I know the frustration when trying to explain something that's intermittent like that and then get it back repaired.
Then discover it was never fixed correctly and problem is still there. Now you have to send it in or return it for warranty service again.

I'm been thru it multiple times with laptops, computers, etc. Sometimes, extremely frustrating, not to mention time lost waiting for the repair to come back.

Good luck.
