Virtual Machine Licensing

I am wondering what the license agreement is for Virtual machines .. I am considering building a Server 2008 box, running Hyper-V..Can I install Serviio on say 3 VM's with the same license key ? I was thinking of having 1 for local files, one for TV/Video feeds, and another for Radio..this would limit the total # of connections Serviio needs to make initially..
