Completely lost all connection to Serviio from TV

Hello,

I was using Serviio from my Samsung TV and everything was fine and suddenly the video we were watching stopped. I checked Serviio's device list and the dot next to the TV was orange instead of green. The TV still has a successful internet connection but can no longer see Serviio. I've restarted the service, the server, and the TV. I tried completely disabling Windows Firewall. I removed the TV device from Serviio and re-added it by hand. I reinstalled Serviio. No matter what I do, it won't see it anymore. The TV DOES have an IP address and can do online activities just fine.

I'm not sure if a log will help since Serviio is flat out not seeing the TV and vice versa. My device list is currently empty. What is a next step for troubleshooting?

Thank you.

What has the ip address of the tv and the computer. Also attach your serviio.log file.

Thanks for the response, it seems this is not Serviio's issue however. I'm using a MoCA bridge to hook my TV to the internet over Ethernet, and when I disconnect from this bridge and hook the TV up to my main router directly, Serviio shows up right away. Connect it back to the bridge, and it can still get online, but can't see Serviio. This has worked fine for a long time so I'm not sure what happened or why it can get online but just can't see other devices on the network. Either way, probably has nothing to do with Serviio. Thanks for the help.
