***UPDATED ***Help needed with Serviio - still not working

Ok I have spend around a week on and off scanning both the internet this site looking for a solution, I consider my self a can-do fix-it type of guy - if i have missed any existing relevant information on this site please crucify accordingly.

I have only a rudementary understanding of networking - I will need to google acronyms

My primary use for Serviio is to play video files on my TV, over my wireless network, that are stored on iMac
I initially had Serviio working, i.e. i could view and play files stored on shared folders on mac, however my TV no longer can 'see' Serviio, and i don't believe that I have changed anything to cause this to happen.

Hardware:
Sony HX850 TV
Sony S590 Blu ray
iMac i5
Airport Extreme (n) 5th Gen
USB internet

Network Setup;
Router is running in Bridged mode
I am sharing the USB internet with Airport via ethernet connection from iMac
Firewall is off

My TV and Blu Ray can access the internet via existing network and network (not server) scan shows all of the networks vitals are ok,

Serviio can see the TV with green light in console, however when i perform the Server Diagnostic scan on TV it returns nothing.

Please help as I am at my wits end

****UPDATE****
Ok without really knowing what i was doing i manually entered some IP addresses and it started working again - then computer went to sleep and know its NOT working again.

So based on this I think the issue is with my network and with how i am sharing my internet connection, so based on this assumption can some please help with the following:

If i manually set IP addresses on the following devices what whats should it look like?
just to restate i us a usb modem and share the internet via ethernet to the airport extreme. My iMac and TV then connect to the AE via wifi

In my network options I can manually set TCP/IP along with DNS for both the ethernet and the wifi,

Then based of this what should i manually set the tv IP and DNS to?

Thanks
Andy

On sony network menu, could you clear all media server list and refresh a new network diagnostic?

Re: Help needed with Serviio Setup...was working now isn't

Thank you for responding.

I have already deleted previous server that was displayed, and refreshing returned "cannot connect to server...etc.etc" message.
I just tried to refresh again just then, with the same result.

Kind Regards,

Andy

Re: Help needed with Serviio Setup...was working now isn't

Hi,

Yes TV shows up in the Serviio console
- it has showed up green and at one stage has worked
- it has showed up green and not worked (now)
- it has showed up red and worked ???

This may or may not be relevant
both other non recognisable devices are also showing up, some of which my be other hardware with a wifi signal (iMac, Router) - these are all coloured orange

I have also updated my original post, after further messing with my network settings, however the net result is that servo is still not working.
