[SOLVED] Bravia and Freebox all via Broadband over Powerline
first of all, thanks for this amazing piece of software. It is really very good and free on top of that !!!!
In the past I have successfully used Serviio with my KDL37EX500. The PC was connected to the Alice modem directly and the telli via a "Broadband over Powerline". Everything worked, I could have flv mp4 and anything else and it showed great.
And then came the internet provider change.
Free had a better offer for television over IP, so I changed. The French Freebox has two components:
- The modem
- A TV box with builtin HD.
The list of IP adresses is as follows:
- 192.168.0.10: The Serviio server PC
- 192.168.0.100: TV
- 162.168.27.14: the freebox television controller
- 192.168.0.254: the freebox modem
Since then serviio swaps IP addresses of the telli with the freebox. The device name and profile recognition is also swapped and thus the TV no longer plays any video. (just in case you wonder, no, switching off the TV component of the freebox does not help).
The DLNA server is recognized. In version 0.6.1 the music work fine (although I still prefer to listen to it over a hifi), photos, too. With 0.6.2 the message for all content types is "Cannot retrieve content" (or sth. similar).
The log file (set to debug) are attached, as well as a copy of the console window.
If some one could help, that would be great.
Many thanks for reading me and if you do spend time for me, thanks again.
