serviio console does not auto load

I have a problem the last days. Console does not auto load and i have to manualy start it after every boot. Serviio service loads normaly. I run windows 8 64bit.

As I understand, console does not try to load at all although it is in Start Folder in windows.

Does the console start if you double click the startup menu item (this will check that the startup item is correct)?
Do you get any error messages when it doesn't start?

Yes it starts normally without any error.
In the log there is no errors about the console.
