Empty media folders

I'm trying to use SERVIIO to stream VOB files over my LAN to my Western Digital Live Hub. SERVIIO seemed to install properly and I've added my movie folders to the library. My Hub does see SERVIIO and the movie folders I added to the library however it reports the movie folders empty. I've read elsewhere that SERVIIO scans for media files but I can see no evidence of any scanning. What am I doing wrong?

GREAT!!! On top of everything else you stoop to censorship. More fuel for the fire.
I'm not sure what happened to make you say that, but my guess is that a spam post was removed leaving you with an email saying there was a reply, and then no actual reply.
