Serviio Console won't show

Hi, I'm having trouble with this program. I want to start the Console, it shows in task manager but nothing comes up. Reinstalled Serviio, Java a couple of times, searched for a solution but couldn't find one that worked. I'm running it on Windows 7 64-bit. When I check the logs, it doesn't say anything about an error. I have no clue what to do now.
