can't find serviio folders?

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right place as it's a samsung computer I'm having issues with, so apologies if this is in the wrong area.

Basically, I'm having trouble locating the serviio folders on my computer so that I can unzip the plugin files into the right place. I can see an icon for serviio on the network tab and I can put files into the system through the console but I'm not really sure where the actual folders are. I've looked through program files and it doesn't seem to be there. I've even made it so hidden files are no longer hidden.

I'm not great with technical stuff so I'd appreciate if you could put any advice in laymen's terms, thanks.

What operating system are you using on your computer?

If Windows, and assuming you installed in the default location, you will find Serviio in your C:\Program Files\Serviio folder. Put the plugin's into the C:\Program Files\Serviio\plugins folder.
