Localising "Main Frame"

Hi. I would like to have the mainframe in the MediaBrowser localised (Suche instead of Search, for example). I tried to do this in assets\MediaBrowser-1.4.1.js but without success - Can someone give me a hint? Thx in advance

That's where it is, but might be hard to change.

I will see if in future we can make MB internationalized.
