Cannot Uninstall

So i've been having issues with Serviio not running and every time I start it from the Windows Services Manager it turns off in 3 seconds. So I did some research ad tried a delay start, nothing. Also tried to uninstall but keep getting a "No JVM could be found on your system. please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com. error so the uninstall failed. I tried to update to the latest java and that failed too. Then I realized I had only the 32-bit ver. so I downloaded the 64-bit version and the uninstall error went away but the files never remove themselves. I can't drag to the trash can and I've rebooted 3 times and they are still there and I must have run the uninstall 7 or 8 times now. I have Serviio installed on my External HDD if that has anything to do with it. I've searched for anyone else having similar issues and I just can't find a solution.

On a random reboot it was all of a sudden deletable. Not sure why it wasn't deletable before but reinstalled and it's working perfectly again.
