Problem Playing Back Mkv files on BDP-S370/B

Hi,

got the Sony BDP-S370/B,have problems playing back Mkv Files Via the Pendrive or Usb Drive when connected to the USB port of the player. i am trying to playback mkv file 1080p with DTS audio

we are not support for SONY hardware here we only support the playing of files using a DLNA server ( serviio ) to stream to SONY devices not directly plugging a pen drive plugged to the device for this kinda help you should really go to SONYs support forums...
