remote access not working... opened all ports!

Hi all,
I've opened all the ports required on both my router and software firewall and am still unable to see the server on my android device over 4G. Can someone please help? I have the pro account which is required to gain access to the remote tab...

I'm at a loss as to what to do:(

Also, how are you attempting to access the server on your phone: using a web browser and your home IP address, or do you have a domain name for your home? Does your home router have a static IP, or are you using a dynamic DNS service?

Re: remote access not working... opened all ports!

I use ServiioGo.

Opened ports? Serviio will automatically open Windows firewall ports.
By opening router ports, you do mean port forwarding to the server ip?
If using a browser, you are putting "IP:port number". IP is external or DDNS.
There's a button on the remote tab in the Serviio console to check for connectivity also.
Ports are 23424 TCP & 23423 TCP/UDP right?
