Serviio timing out during playback??

I've tried a different router now (my previous one broke anyways). It didn't help a thing. It seems to happen more often on Android devices and Samsung Blu-ray. Sony Blu-ray have no problem. Could it be a profile thingy?

Sorry, havent been on in a few days.
3 different routers tried (Dlink 615, Trendnet N, Linksys WRT54G just to try an older one also). Tried my switch (Dell GBit) in both managed and unmanaged mode, and with the serviio server and samsung device in an isolated vlan. Tried 2 other switches (Linksys, Netgear). Same results. Have upgraded Java probably 5 or 6 times since original installation of .62, (now on 1.1 as per previous post)...same issues...random timeouts. No pattern, rhyme, or reason to it.
I have a Cisco Pix 501 available also, but from previous experience (especially with an older IOS)...Im probably going to spend more time troubleshooting that on the network for interaction with a DNLA device than its worth doing.

I suspect this is being caused by the library refreshing, or something related. After a few weeks of not adding/removing any files to my library, Serviio hasn't once timed out during playback.

I seem to have fixed it by setting the auto refresh library to 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes. Serviio doesn't like to be busy, it seems!

Oh, I just remembered, I also disabled QOS in my router. Perhaps that's what solved it then.

What router do you have?

My Asus rt n56u only seem to have QoS for WAN...

I have a Dlink DIR-655.
