serviio not detected on samsung c window 8

hello,
i installed serviio on a new pc with Windows 8.
it used to work but lately, the tv doesn't see the serviio anymore, the only way for the tv to detect the server is to reinstall the server App, cancel the restart, then the tv automaticaly detect the serviio and i can see movies.
if i leave it a day, then the server is not detected anymore
anyone came to this issue before?

ok, for the ones interested, i have the solution. this could happen to any Windows 8 instalation, regardless of the tv..
i have found this error message in the event viewer:
id 7030
The Serviio service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.

i then try to start the service in the Windows service console but it was giving an error saying incorect function.

Microsoft have changed the default behaviour of this in Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012. To allow interactive services, you need to find the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows and change NoInteractiveServices from 1 to 0.
once this is done, start the service, re-install the App, reboot, et voila!
