MKV not supported on Smart TV Samsung UE32ES5500

Hi, when I try to read an MKV file on my Smart TV through Serviio, the TV says "Selected file is actually not supported". Considering also the TV isn't able to read this file connecting an hard disk directly on the USB port, I think Serviio is not able to transcode the file by itself.
If it can help, here there are the infos about this MKV file.

Could you please post the details of the file using MediaInfo (see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4510). Need to determine which profile is being rejected by the TV.
If you switch to the Generic profile (remembering to press Save), does this file play?
