Subtitle issue
embedded .ass subtitles won't play on samsung smart tv.
Solution 1:
Extract .ass subtitle file, convert to .srt file and attempt to get serviio / plex / media server to associate files together
Solution 2:
Use program like Handbrake to burn in subtitles and skip the whole mess mentioned above.
If you added the above information to the bottom of your subtitle help wiki, or at least the part about using a 3rd party program to burn in subtitles you would see a lot less threads about this stupid issue - in all support forums.
