Weird playback on Samsung 6300 LED TV

Hey all, I have been browsing the forums but haven't seen this specific issue noted but I admit I may have missed it. I am not knowledgeable about this enough to know where to zero in for troubleshooting.

Here is my issue: I notice that when I watch a movie the framerate/motion of the people onscreen seems to move differently then when I watch the same video on the hosting computer. I don't know how to describe it other than watching a movie on film, and one recorded on a camcorder. (film vs digital).

I have the TV hooked up to the computer through a router, and it is a wired connection. I don't appear to notice any audio lag/delay/sync issues but this difference is driving me crazy.

Is this a transcoding issue? A network issue?

Sorry if this has been brought up before, my searches haven't been very successful.

Do you have some kind of 100 Hz thingy on your TV? If yes, turn it off.

Thanks!

I did a refined search and it appears the "auto motion plus" setting is the issue with this TV. Turned it off and it is good to go.

Thanks again!
