Serviio Freezes PC Samsung LA46D550

Serviio randomly disconnects from my TV, this happens very randomly, i can sometimes watch a complete movie or just 15 minutes and i lose connection.
My PC at this point is completely frozen and only a hard reboot will help not even ctrl|Alt|Del helps
