F-5500 file not playing properly with subtitles

Hello,

I have the Samsung f-5500 smartTV and whenever I try to play a file with external subtitles I get a message on the TV that "The file might not play properly".
This means that I can't pause, fast forward on control the movie in any way.
Embedded subtitles and files on USB work fine on the TV.
I checked all the checkboxes in the subtitles section.
Any help would be appreciated.

check only first option: enable subtiles. other disable

I disabled the others and now the file works properly but no subtitle is detected...

I have the UE42F5500 smart tv from Samsung too and I couldn't get Serviio to display subtitles too...
Try set up the profile for your device as Samsung TV (E/F-Series) and see if that works. In my case it did.
