How do I edit ServiioConsole.exe.vmoptions?

Hi,

I am a total beginner with computers but have managed to get Serviio to work on my Samsung TV. However, after around half an hour I get this message "Device disconnected. Device Name:Serviio (server)".

From browsing this forum I have read that if I change serviio.advertisementDuration to 18000 in ServiioConsole.exe.vmoptions it will help, unfortunately I have no idea how to do this, even after reading the F.A.Q's

Can anyone help me out, as my username suggests I am a total noob with computers, thanks
