Profile keep's reseting for samsung tv's

hey guys,

i own 2 Samsung TV's

both recognized by serviio as :

1. UA40D5000
2. UA32F5300

everything is working great most of the time while the" SAMSUNG E/F SERIES" profile is set to both TV's, but almost every time i turn off the TV's and turn it back on, the profile resets itself back to "GENERIC PROFILE".

what can i do to stop the profile setting from resetting back to generic ??

Did you give the TVs a name in the TV menu? If yes, the matching mechanism in profiles will not work.
