Samsung C7000 TV does not see PC after PC's restart

I have a Samsung C7000 TV and the operating system of my PC is WIN7. After installing Servio in the PC the system worked OK and I was able to see the the PC in the TV through Serviio. then, when I had to restart my PC, the Serviio remained installed in the PC but I couldn't see the PC in the TV anymore until I uninstalled Serviio and then reinstalled it again. Any idea what I have to do so that I will continue to the the PC in the TV after its restart without reinstalling Serviio?

Try assigning a fixed IP address to the PC Serviio is on. To do this, it's usually easiest to reserve the IP address in your router.
