trouble with my tv model un75h6300

hello, I have a samsung un75h6300. my connection is absolute trash. I used to be able to use the service fine. Now when i try to play movies it plays for a few mins then a box pops up saying please check network connetions.. I have no idea what profile I need to use, or how to get this error to stop but im ready to throw my fist through my tv lol anyone know where to start or if i need to edit the profile thanks
