2 problems

Hi

fist of all, just to say that I love SERVIIO! Great software. Well done.

I have a Samsung UE46C5100 tv and it is working great with serviio.
The 2 problems are: in my video folder I have a movie (mkv) that doesn't apear in the list. It is strange because I have another movie, also mkv, that is in the list. The other problem is that I have a serie in my video folder but is not showing in the serie folder in the tv. Do I have to create a separate folder in videos and put the serie in that folder?

best regards
Jose

Re: 2 problems

The video that does not show up in the movie folder, look and see if it is in the folder "folder". For some reason maybe serviio could not download the metadata, either the file name is not the same as in the online database or the online database could not be connected to.

For the series I would look at series files names and make sure they match what is on the TV database. I go one step further and make a folder with the online series name and place all the series in that folder.

For more information please look at this link.

Look on http://www.themoviedb.org for the movie and make sure you have the file name match the online listing.

Look in the serviio.log file for entries on the movie and post them or the whole log and the movie name.
