Not supported video Codec on C550

Hello, I got a Samsung LN40C550 and when I try to play a Mp4 file, the TV shows a "Not supported video codec" error.

The server recognizes the tv as "Samsung TV / player (c-series)" (Which I think is OK).

make sure you select the correct profile for your device in the console.

Absolutely, the correct profile is selected. Some videos from one online source play fine, others from the same source don't. In case of TED, for example, I get this "Not supported video codec" for every single video.

TED feeds wont work, search forums there lots of posted about it.

Really? For my B series I have to transcode to mpeg2 for TED videos to work but they were fine for C series TV with just remuxing the H264 stream.

yer TED came up before in a sony topic and i was unable to get them to work.
