Samsung BD-C5900 please help

I think My problem it´s not a serviio problem but maybe you could help me,i have a samsung blue ray player cable connected with a thomson router, my blue ray player does not recognize Servii or other device online, the only way it works, is by doing a reset to the router,when i make this all my devices appears including serviio but only a few minutes, after that they all disappear, i also have a samsung serie C tv also cable conect to the same router and all works well....can some one help me? (sorry my english I'm from portugal )
