Connect samsung smart TV with mobile device throw lag

Hello this is my first post , i don't know if this is the right place to ask such a question , i want to connect samsung tv with smart devices throw lan . can i make this ???
i connect them before but i want to send parameter to/from tv and smart device and vice versa . can any one helps me , any suggestion, orientation , thanks in advance

no you would need to ask samsung this is a support forum for using samsung devices with serviio and nothing else.
