Not supported resolution Samsung BD-C6900

New to Serviio,looks like a great server. I ripped some 3d movies to my hard drive. The 3d movies I ripped using half SBS play great. The 3d movies I ripped using full SBS get the error message "Not Supported Resolution". Just wondering if this is normal and if there is a fix for this. This is thru a Samsung BD-C6900 3d Blu ray player. Thanks
