Problems with Samsung D Series with and AVI

I first want to thank you for all the work done to Serviio, as I have used it many times and has never failed before until recently. Unfortunately my hard drive died, so I am restoring some of my lost media. When I set the local paths to a series Ah! My Goddess, in one of the specials the series is split into two different AVI's but only one of them plays on the TV the other movie the TV replies that the codec is not supported. I checked with CCCP Insurgent and the CRC's match. i understand I need to upload a service log but have no idea where it is.

My second problem is that one series * Legend of Korra* of my MKV's the audio stutters. I tried replacing it with a different copy or a different make of the MKV but the results are the same its just one specific episode too. All the other MKV's play without a hitch.
