UN46D6000 - No resume, FW, or RW

Most of my content is MKV (made from MakeMKV) and either ripped directly from physical media (blurays or a DVD) so that I don't have to hunt for media when I want to watch my content.

FW/RW have always been a little "iffy" on my TV when using Samsung Allshare. Sometimes I can actually visually browse through the chapter points, sometimes it will let me bring up the tools menu and enter in a time slot, sometimes I could FW/RW.

I recently switched to Serviio and do enjoy it, but I seem to have lost some functionality.

I see that there are some other threads that discuss MKV compatibility w/ the TVs. I'll look into this further, but I know that some of these used to work (at least when the files were connected via local USB) so I'm a bit skeptical that encoding options is the full problem.

I also see that there are some threads about issues with fast forward and rewind for MPGs. I'll look into this some more as well.

While FW/RW are "complicated", I have lost the ability to resume and coupled w/ the FW/RW issues, this makes for a real deal breaker. I can see that my TV is connecting using the Profile: Samsung TV / player (C/D/E series) so I think I have the correct profile selected.

Any suggestions?

try to remove this from the profile, it might transcode less files and you get some of the functionality back

  Code:
<Matches container="matroska" mkvHeaderCompressed="true" />

Thanks -- I will give that a shot and see if it makes a difference.
