Not all videos from the same phone play back

I've got a problem replaying mp4 files on a Samsung c series TV.
The files play correctly in window (after i re encoded them using handbrake)
originally they would not play correctly in windows when then first came off an android phone.
The handbrake command were
"C:\Program Files\Handbrake\HandBrakeCLI.exe" -i "VIDEO0001.mp4" -t 1 -c 1 -o "VIDEO0001-1.mp4" -f mp4 --strict-anamorphic -e ffmpeg4 -q 3 --cfr -a 1 -E faac -B 160 -6 dpl2 -R Auto -D 0 --gain=0 --audio-copy-mask none --audio-fallback ffac3 --verbose=1
"C:\Program Files\Handbrake\HandBrakeCLI.exe" -i "VIDEO0002.mp4" -t 1 -c 1 -o "VIDEO0002-1.mp4" -f mp4 --strict-anamorphic -e ffmpeg4 -q 3 --cfr -a 1 -E faac -B 160 -6 dpl2 -R Auto -D 0 --gain=0 --audio-copy-mask none --audio-fallback ffac3 --verbose=1
"C:\Program Files\Handbrake\HandBrakeCLI.exe" -i "VIDEO0003.mp4" -t 1 -c 1 -o "VIDEO0003-1.mp4" -f mp4 --strict-anamorphic -e ffmpeg4 -q 3 --cfr -a 1 -E faac -B 160 -6 dpl2 -R Auto -D 0 --gain=0 --audio-copy-mask none --audio-fallback ffac3 --verbose=1
"C:\Program Files\Handbrake\HandBrakeCLI.exe" -i "VIDEO0004.mp4" -t 1 -c 1 -o "VIDEO0004-1.mp4" -f mp4 --strict-anamorphic -e ffmpeg4 -q 3 --cfr -a 1 -E faac -B 160 -6 dpl2 -R Auto -D 0 --gain=0 --audio-copy-mask none --audio-fallback ffac3 --verbose=1
when played back via serviio on an Samsung le46c750 tv the errors are as follows

video0001-1.mp4 plays after about 10 seconds
video0002-1.mp4 gives a video codec not supported
video0003-1 no error and no play back
video0004-1 plays ok
the file lengths are
17/11/2012 16:39 407,544 VIDEO0001-1.mp4
17/11/2012 16:39 1,119,410 VIDEO0002-1.mp4
17/11/2012 16:39 2,121,364 VIDEO0003-1.mp4
17/11/2012 16:39 2,067,068 VIDEO0004-1.mp4

and the ffmpeg -i results are shown below

Re: Not all videos from the same phone play back

These files are sent native to the TV, without transcoding. Probably something Handbrake does the TV doesn't like. Try to convert them to H264.

Re: Not all videos from the same phone play back

I found the issue. It appears my Android phone is slightly changing the format for each video.
The files were already in H264 format, and only a few of them would play on WMP. and could only be viewed in VLC. Changing them to MP4 fixed this issue

There were two other main issues.

Serviio was sending the steams in native format.
The files as described below needed to have the -crop 0,0,0,0 statement in the command line for some reason. (unable to work this one out), but when the files were loaded one by one into hand break this was the main difference in the command line

I was also getting resolution errors for other files, again being natively transferred by serviio. This was fixed by setting the max width of 1920 and height of 1080 in the handbrake command line.
Any way i now have a script which will convert all videos from my phone to a format serviio can understand automatically
