Serviio AllShare is not seen by TV after a power off and on.

Hi,
If I switch on my TV first and then start serviio on my mac, the TV sees the serviio AllShare. Now, if I turn off the tv and then turn it back on later, it doesn't show serviio allshare.
To make it see it, I have to kill and restart serviio. Why is this so? Is there some issue with upnp/dlna discovery that only works when serviio is started?
