Le32b561 subtitles problemon both windows7 and ubuntu 12.04

I have a Samsung Le32B651 Samsung tv and i think that Serviio Rocks!!
But i have this strange problem.. my subtitles (SRT format in ISO-8859-7) dont play... i did a test and load the video on Samsung Allshare and the subtitles work ok.
After that i load the same video on serviio and they work OK too!!
i have used both ISO-8859-7 and UTF-8 encodings the only way they worked it was with this trick!! Any ideas??

So what is the problem? You said they work on Serviio.

i mean i load them first with samsung allshare and then i load them with serviio and they work, if i run them with serviio first they dont!! Strange..
