No option to "add" TV profile

So in the serviio console I see my TV under the Render Profile but on the right the only options are refresh and remove. Here's a screenshot:
Am I doing something wrong?

Forgive me, but how do I view the files on my TV? Do I have to do something in the "remote" options?

There should be AllShare area in your TV's menu, select Serviio server there and browse for your files

There's no serviio server available. I then ran allshare and all I could browse was allshare on the TV.
