Error 80710723 when trying to stream Twitch to PS3

I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm trying to stream the Riot Games channel. (http://www.twitch.tv/riotgames/popout/)

I don't think the problem is with Serviio; as we speak I'm streaming one of my mp3 playlists with no problems.
