PC Security Settings

I have a Bravia kdl32w65a, connected successfully to my home network. Downloaded homestream to my networked laptop and linked it to "My Pictures". Homestream icon appears on the sony tv but when entered i get " no items to display". Do I have to tweak the laptop security settings as well?

Do you select Images section on sony menu to see your Photos? Only movie file will be displayed in video section.
