[SOLVED] Sony Bravia 2014 mp4 external subtitle not working

Hi,

Having problem playing MP4 video files with external .srt subtitles.
Sony W705 TV, latest PKG2.166EUA firmware.

Subtitle section is adjusted as in attached screenshot, transcoding is turned on, profile set for Sony 2013.
External subtitles are showed on avi and mkv files, but if I try to play MP4 file with srt subtitle, TV just says playback not available.
If I delete subtitle file, I can play file without problems. Same srt subtitle file in combination with MKV and AVI files works.
Any idea how to solve this?

After enabling DEBUG log, new info:

Solved!

Subtitle file seems to be the problem. On PC it fork flawlessly, but opening it in notepad revealed problem, the starting line:

As you can see, it starts with second line, not first. I just opened subtitle in Subtitle Workshop and saved it, result is:

and ffmpeg can now open it and TV play's it! I got confused because I had 2 movies, both mp4 containers, external srt subtitles and same problem...
