Sony BRAVIA KDL-32EX723 - MKV audio but no video

[Maca]

Come across more and more of these Mkv's that have no video, only audio.
Wondering if there's any tweaks I can make to my Sony Bravia 2011 profile to fix this?

This is for Serviio 1.3 and all the previous ones too like 1.2 etc.

I deleted the file in the temp and tried again, got a partial picture which froze and the audio continued. Repeated deleting the file in the temp folder and that time there was no picture just audio.

According to the log file, video is delivered with AVC_TS_MP_HD_AC3_ISO profile, so file is not transcoded.

When you edit profiles.xml, you have to restart serviio service to take effect...

I didn't realise I had to do that, but since doing that saving settings and restart Windows I go to play the file and get the same thing, here's the log output
