Sony BDP-S370 -

Hi,

I am after some help please. I have a UK Sony BDP-S370. I have Serviio running on my laptop. My Sony can see the music files I wish to play but states "There is No Playable File " Is someone able to offer some advice please ? I am sure its something I must be doing wrong.
The files are MP4 and are in both media player and I tunes. I have pointed Servio at the correct folder. This is all new to me so please be gentle
