Serviio poorly working on Sony KDL-32W706B

Hi

I have Serviio 1.4.1.2 installed on my cpu and serving two of my TVs. For my "main" TV Samsung UE48H6410, using Samsung profile, it works beautiful. It sorts subtitles without any issues.

However, for my second TV Sony KDL-32W706B it is very poor. I tried through all given profiles but no luck. What happens is that it keeps stucking every few seconds, not sure how to describe it better. When there are no subtitles - it works with no issues.

Any ideas what to do?

It sounds like you have transcoding enabled and your pc isn't fast enough to cope. Sony needs the subs burnt it, Samsung doesn't. Do you need subtitles on your Sony? you'd be better off with a native device for playback as they are so cheap e.g pi etc
