[SOLVED] Same file - works on Sony 2010 model not on 2011

Hi

Parents have a CX523 2011 Sony - I have a 2010 NX713

Both have windows 7 with the latest version of serviio

Exactly the same SD avi is being tested - on the 2010 model it works fine through serviio however on the parents tv the file refuses to play

Cant remember the exact error though Im afraid - something like playback not supported

Would appreciate some tips or any advice on where to start

Pretty new to issues with serviio - works fine for me afterall

This is the solution when some avi file does not work in native format with 2011 profile.
With 2010 profile, this avi file will be transcode to mpeg2video.
