HELP !!!! SONY BRAVIA 2011 NO Video, No sound

My Sony Bravia plays some files but doesnt play others, everything used to play alright till now, I have tried reinstalling and all but it still does the same, I really need help on this, sometimes i have to skip many videos till one finally plays.

sorry my Bravia is rather a 2011 version, most of the videos that don't play are .Avi files they used to play fine, now all i get is the play button and no video and audio. I really need help

COuld you select "Sony Bravia 2010" profile on serviio console and retry ?

my model is KDL-32CX520.
I did change to a 2010 profile and it plays alright but I realised most high bitrate movies kept breaking on that profile, but they didnt on the 2011 profile.

Sony devices does not support HD avi format, only SD.
When you select 2010 profile, all avi are transcoded to mpeg2.( not sure to understand your problem with high bitrate...)
