video playback keeps pausing to sony bd

i am streaming avi files from my desktop to both my sony blu ray player and playstation 3, it's awesome but every now again the video playback keeps pausing and i have to forward on a few seconds and the playback resumes.

it does not happen all the time, some files play fine, but others stop every 20 minutes or so.

anyone experienced anything similar?

are you using a wired or wireless connection and does anything show up in the logs?

i am using wireless connection at the moment. which logs do you mean?

i would recommend using a wired connection and see if the problem persists if so please post media info on the files that skip.
