sony cmt 750 ni

Help required please, I have a mac book pro, with serviio loaded, running through a Sony mx750Ni with the home network up and running, my i tunes library is loaded to the Sony, but can i strem direct from my Mac, to the sony, instead of playing the i tunes files on the system?...ie, run a dj programme on the Mac, that plays out via the Sony?

in theory yes but is it worth it ? why not add the itunes library to serviio and then play the files via serviio to your device, no dj programme required.

Point being, I want to use the DJ app, and stream the output through the sony, not just play the i tunes files through it.

And use the I tunes remote app on my i pod also....
