Sony BDP-s570 - Chapters? - FF/REW?

Hello,

I have been looking through different questions on this forum for awhile and I could not find a post that dealt with chapters and/or FF/REW specifically.

The files I am playing are VOB and MP4.

So the questions are: is there a way to integrate chapters so that you can jump to another chapter? FF and REW do work for me, however, on FF x3 it seems to only move about 1.5 seconds faster than normal play, which takes forever to get back to any spot in the movie or start a movie from the middle.

Am I missing something with either one of these issues? Is it just not possible to achieve the same navigation as with a regular DVD?

that is all down to the renderer and not serviio, but chapter function maybe coming in future release if zip can find a way to make it work

I take it as, the blu-ray player doesn't have enough "horsepower" to FFW/REW smoothly while streaming a video file.

It would be nice to add chapter functions in the future. Even a skip 30 seconds would be nice, but I am not sure what is possible when it comes to this program.
