Sony TV does not see Serviio as a media server

I have attached my log file and a screenshot of my Serviio console.

Yesterday I could access Serviio from my Sony TV, but today I cannot. Or rather, I start and stop the serviio console and then it eventually appears on my Sony TV as a media server pprox 30 mins later. Why would my TV take so long to find my media server?

Every time I want to watch something from my computer, I would rather not have to play around for 1 hr to get Serviio working on my TV, as I have this morning.

I have a fixed IP on my computer (running Serviio) and a fixed IP on my Sony TV.

I called Sony support (I am in Canada) and they were unable to assist me (not at all familiar with Serviio).

Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
