Sony Bravia wmv files stopped playing, nothing changed
First post, I do apologise for yet another one of those questions, I have tried to find answers in the search options, but haven't really been successful, partly because I am not a programmer and most of the file log discussion/code etc go over my head. In any case, I will try to describe the situation as accurately as possible, maybe someone can help me.
We have a Sony Bravia NX7 40 (says on the box), bought 1 year ago (August 2011) and run it with a 2010 profile since the first day we started using Serviio. It's been working perfectly for the past year, no complaints. We have always been able to play .mp4 files and .wmv files, but all of a sudden this week .mp4 files will only play if/when I change the profile to 2011. But then .wmv files are invisible, it comes up with "no items to display". Switching back to 2010 profile, everything is there again, but it doesn't play. Before I changed the profile (which allows me to view .mp4 without a problem), the first attempt at playing .wmv gave me audio, but not image, now I only get a second or two of audio and then the pause symbol appears on the screen, which stays black and afterwards silent... The last time I was able to play both formats without problems is a few weeks ago, I wasn't aware of any changes, definitely nothing has been changed "by hand", but I am not sure about updates etc, as those are done automatically. We run Serviio 1.0.1 and as far as I can see ffmpeg has recently been updated: August 9th, 2012. I am not sure where I can find a version, if there are different ones.
I have followed the advice to generate a log file for one of the problem files, I hope it may help. However, I really am not a programmer, I can follow a detailed "manual", but I don't really know how to modify or enhance code, I don't even know where to do this.
So, here is the log

It all seems likely that something has changed with the update in early August, can that be the case?
Thanks for your help everyone, and I do hope I am not too much of a nuisance with my question, I really have been trying to find a solution before.
